McCain Adresses Private Property Rights
Earlier this week Sen. McCain became one of the first candidates to talk about private property rights. In a speech given to the Cedar Rapids Rotary Club on Monday McCain talked about controversial eminant domain laws, and promised to counteract the supreme court decision in 2005 that gave local officials the right to seize property in order to create something that would increase tax revenue.
